    AnShan Ying Yat Trade Co., Ltd is a company who has its own self-determination right for import and export. It is together with AnShan HongMing Metallurgical Machinery Co., Ltd as a large-scale group corporation of integrating manufacturing / processing with trading together.
    Our company is the agent of AnSteel (AnShan Iron & Steel Group Corporation), BenSteel (BenXi Iron & Steel Group Corporation), FuSteel (FuShun Iron & Steel Group Corporation) and TongSteel (Tonghua Iron & Steel Group Corporation). Four big breeds of the steel products including pipes, plates, sections and wires all can be supplied from the stock. Although some of the material couldn’t be gotten for a while, however, we can organize the source as soon as possible in order to assure the supplying.

The way of processing: the max processing equipment and prcessing ability.

Steel casting: 20 tons arc-furnace steelmaking, 40Tlf refiner furnace; the max elevating capacity 125t; the max casting products 80t, dimension of casting products(length, width, high) 8.5×4.5×3m, spun casting(min outer diameter, min wall thickness, max length) ∮1000×15×4000mm; Various specification steel strands.

Casting iron: 7.5t/h blast cupola, 7.5t main frequency furnace, max casting product is 32t.

Casting copper: 2.5t reverberatory furnace, 1.5t main frequency furnace, 1t vacuum-induction furnace, 0.2t vacuum casting plant, max casting product is 2.5t

Forging: 2500t water press, 1.5t air hammer, max forging steel ingot: length is 30t, thickness is 17t

Rivet welding: 80×5000mm folder, 1200t oil press, 12t edge planner, 6×20m-250mm digital controlled cutting, ∮70mm didital controlled pipe bender, max elevating capacity is 160t

2.Heating treatment:

◇Forging Casting and Heating treatment◇

    The forging workshops can produce the forged pieces of axles, flanges, coils special sections and all kinds of specializations of forged pieces with the material of carbon structural steel, tool steel, ball bearing steel, spring steel, alloy steel and so on. The main equipments are free forging pump press and fore hammers for various tons. The biggest weight is 20 ton and the biggest length is 22 meters. We have the precise method to testify the machinery property, high low organ, chemical compositions and ultrasonic discussion.
    There are arc-furnaces of all sizes, refiner furnace for casting steel in the forging workshops, and there are blast cupola and main frequency furnace for casting iron and copper. The max casting steel furnace is 40 tons, casting iron pieces 20 tons and casting copper pieces 2 tons. We adopt the methods of silicon gel, water glass, disappearing models. We mainly export to America Europe and Asia who have spoken us great highly. In addition, we also can do heat hardening, anneal, temper and so on.
